  • Products must be returned unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging, along with proof of purchase (invoice or order number).

  • All requests must be initiated by emailing support@jagabanexpress.com with a detailed reason for the return and supporting images if applicable.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used electronic gadgets.

  • Items damaged after delivery due to misuse, negligence, or unauthorized repair attempts.

  • Software downloads, digital products, or items marked as “Final Sale.”

4. Refund Process

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days and credited to your original method of payment.

5. Shipping Costs
